Refund Policy

1. 14-day refund period
We want you to be happy with SeoWorx. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This applies to subscription plans (monthly and annual), the lifetime deal, and one-time credit top-ups. Purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which issues approved refunds.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@seoworx.org from the address on your account, within 14 days of the charge, and include the purchase details (or the receipt / order number Paddle sent you). We review requests within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
You can also request a refund directly through the link in your Paddle email receipt.
3. After the 14-day period
After the 14-day refund period has expired, all sales are final and charges are non-refundable. We encourage you to use the free trial and the free plan to evaluate SeoWorx before purchasing.
4. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one within the 14-day window if you are eligible.
5. Top-up credits
One-time top-up packs are eligible for a refund within the 14-day window if they are unused. Once top-up credits have been substantially consumed, that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
6. Exceptional circumstances
If a verified technical issue on our side prevents you from using the Service, we may, at our discretion, offer account credit, an extended subscription period, or a refund beyond the standard 14-day window after our support team has investigated.
