Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SeoWorx (the “Service”), operated by InspireMe Labs. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• “You” or “User” means the person or entity using the Service.
• “We”, “us”, or “Company” means InspireMe Labs, operator of SeoWorx.
• “Service” means the SeoWorx website, browser extension, and related APIs that display SEO metrics.
• “Credits” are the units consumed when you use metered features such as searches, panel views, and analytics.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

SeoWorx surfaces SEO metrics — such as domain authority, keyword and traffic estimates, backlinks, and on-page signals — inside Google search results and on the pages you visit. You may start using the Service without registering through a one-time free trial; a free account unlocks a recurring monthly credit allowance.

We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we may set or adjust rate limits, at any time.

• Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms, and Paddle handles applicable taxes.
• Credits. Paid and free plans include a monthly credit allowance that refreshes each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. One-time top-up credit packs do not expire and are used only after your monthly allowance runs out.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Lifetime deal. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that grants a recurring monthly credit allowance with no further charges, for as long as the Service is offered.
• Price changes. We may change prices; changes apply to future billing periods and we will give reasonable notice where required.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or the data it returns, except as expressly permitted.
• Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or the trial — for example by scripting, automating, or creating multiple accounts to obtain extra free usage.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our API keys or source data.
• Use the Service to violate any law or any third party’s rights, or to disrupt or overload our infrastructure or that of our data providers.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by InspireMe Labs and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SEO metrics are sourced from third-party providers including Moz, SpyFu, and DataForSEO, and are estimates that may be incomplete or inaccurate. SeoWorx is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Moz, SpyFu, DataForSEO, or any other brand referenced in the Service. Their respective trademarks belong to their owners.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the metrics provided will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InspireMe Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InspireMe Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, our providers, or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India, except where applicable consumer-protection law entitles you to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
